AIPP MLS and AIPO Property Listings

It´s very simple...

1. Set up an account with us here, AIPO property listings are an option and you can just have the MLS or property listings or both, its your choice
2. Upload your direct properties manually or through an XML feed*, there is no limit on the number you may list (subject to a fair use policy)
3. When a client prospect clicks on one of your properties on OUR website, they are taken to the property on YOUR website
4. Message the AIPP agent / developer directly via their property on the MLS to register your clients viewing date and time
5. Directly set-up your collaboration and progress the client opportunity

*Should members require an XML feed this can be arranged for the small additional charge of €25 per month + €50 setup fee, an option to enable when you log into the MLS. Send our partners a message on info@propertyportalmarketing.com and they can assist.

AIPP MLS and AIPO Property Listings

These were new member benefits added in March 2021, the cost for which is included in the annual AIPP membership fee. There are no additional costs associated with these services from either AIPP or AIPO.

PSN – Property Share Network

PSN provide the technical expertise behind the AIPP MLS and AIPO property listings and have been providing this service to AIPP members since 2018.

PPM – Property Portal Marketing

PPM is the sister company to PSN, a consultancy business set up in July 2016 to offer international estate agents a specialised outsourced solution for all their property marketing needs. Clear Currency – AIPO Official Money Transfer Provider

Clear Currency is the official Money Transfer provider for the AIPO – Alliance of International Property Owners.

We only collect the information that you provide to us on our contact forms, either on the website or on any advertising we carry out which is:

We personally don’t collect any other information such as your IP address, other geographical data or demographics, but Google Analytics which is installed on our systems might do.

How will PSN, AIPP and AIPO use your information?

We will hold and use this information for the following purposes:
• To contact you about your enquiry, and to follow up with you in the future about PSN or our partner companies. Please let us know if you do not wish to be contacted again, after your initial enquiry.
• The information that Google Analytics may collect will be used to improve our websites, and improve performance where possible.

Security

Any contact details you share with PSN, AIPP and AIPO are stored securely on our email and on our secure server, which is backed up daily.

Data Sharing

Your personal information will only be shared with PSN, AIPP and AIPO employees, or with others if you have provided written consent for this.

Email Communications

From time to time we send out communications to our client database, and to our marketing database about PSN or our partners, and the work they are doing. We don’t tend to add new enquiries onto these mailers, unless they have provided consent to do so, but if you have received something in error and you no longer wish to, there is always an unsubscribe link at the bottom, or you can contact us, and we will remove your information, without questions.
